Everything was great! I was able to rent an SUV for the entire weekend for less than $100! Service was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly! I usually rent with Enterprise but will definitely be dealing with this company much more now.
Never ever will I attempt to use Thrifty again! They misrepresent themselves...and they aren't willing to display common human decency in the events of an emergency. Their condescending manner and lack of customer service skills is unacceptable.
Rental at MGM using Milesge Plus credit which works great at a smsll airport like Montgomery. CSR Erika provided excellent, fast, courteous service for an outstanding rental experience.
Terrible service! Rude employees and not helpful at all! Car was extremely dirty at pick up in Atlanta and we were told it was raining so we had to take it or leave it. On the way home the tire starts to go low and we stop here to change out the car after putting on the spare. We were charged for the tire and told to handle it later with customer service when we get home. We will NEVER do business with this company again!
