I'm done with Hertz. The staff was very friendly, but the company has lost its class. This location changed its hours without any notice. Its impossible to get anyone to answer the phone here, I've tried for hours. HOURS. Don't even bother scheduling a pick-up, its a joke and you'll just end up several hours late on your trip. The car I was given was very dirty inside with pet hair, sticky soda, and water stains all over. It needed air in the tires, an oil change and new wiper blades. The check engine light came on multiple times during my rental too.
The only redeeming part of this experience was the very polite man at the counter.
