I wish I could give a negative star because this place is a scam I told the lady about the damages on the car before I got it when we went over it she was new so did not know what she was doing 100% she charged my card twice which it was a debit card so that's the extra 200 twice then said don't worry all is good with the scratches and fender popped out then when I return it 2 days later drove straight home straight back interstate to interstate they said it was my fault and that lady said she didn't see anything in the inspection so now it's going on my insurance. Dishonest people here. I hope thy get shut down and all loose their jobs
Great staff - takes care of travel needs in timely and friendly manner. . When engine light came on in car rented .. Bobby switched us over asap to new car and gased up car for us. Couldn't ask for better service.
Best Customer service..we just left the Dickerson location cars were short,but this team went out of their way to make sure we were taking care of. Our vehicle was totaled. No way,enterprise rocks we have been doing business with them for years. Thanx everybody
Enterprise is the only car rental I will use very courteous and nice car so dependable and Clean
Worst experience at an Enterprise ever. I have never had a location give away my reservation before. And I always reserve an hour before I need it just in case. They didn't even try to reach out to me. They said they would have something available later and I set a pickup time with them. I called twice to confirm. When that came and went, I called them and they said they wouldn't have anything until the next day. I was stuck without a ride downtown and at this point I've spent more on Uber waiting for a vehicle that I had reserved. I can understand if vehicles aren't turned in, but COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! And don't leave them stranded downtown saying you would pick them up at a certain time. Other Enterprises are fine, but this one was awful! Go to the airport if you need a car.
