No car available. checking for 2 weeks. very unkind, no effort to support customer
Worst place ever! Don't have a car then not telling that car is not available. She (site manager) will make you keep waiting until car returned! (Even car is scheduled to be returned tomorrow, she will say "car maybe available after 3 pm today"). Ugly office. No restroom for customers! Broken and no repair!

Workers (site manager and counter clock) here have bad attitude and lie about car availability. This place has no car and keep telling like they can bring soon. Do not wait. If they say "car maybe returned after 3:00 PM," it will take forever. My case, one week in advance notice, site manager will disregard.
