A total rip off. I will never again rent a vehicle from u can rent. I had avery bad experience. Never again!!! Nice or not!!!
Needed a car for several weeks due to mechanical issues with cars. They were honest and easy to work with. They allowed us to select the car we wanted and if there were any issues they dealt with them immediately. The staff jokes with us and seem glad to see us come. Good people. Some cars are better than others but most are very good.
My review is solely on customer service skills. I called this morning to inquire about the rental of a van. At first the woman who answered the call was dry, after I greeted her it sounded as if it picked up her spirits! But as I began to ask questions about price of rental and mileage her attitude came out. Then I was told my destination was out of their area, I asked what did she mean by that, and she repeated it(like that clarified anything). So my next quest was, "So does that mean I can't take the vehicle there? " She snapped, "YES IT'S OUT OF OUR AREA! " I began to ask another question and she cut me off and hung up the phone in my face!! So many businesses forget how important customer service skills are and they should really work on it!!!
My truck has been in the shop for the last few days and the folks at the rental shop were so helpful. Had to extend time and there was no problem. Clean and recent model cars for a reasonable rate. Very thankful for their help and professional operation. Will return to rent in the future.
SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!! Bought a car from them they repoed it for NO apparent reason.. Then they waited til I paid the the note then came in get it.. To keep the animosity down just get you a car from elsewhere.. Ya the colored young lady and white young male was very polite and professional.(sorry guys for not getting y’all name),but the owner Doug and Christy is very rude.. But anywho whoever it may concern I will really CHOOSE WISELY before purchasing a car from them I’m not telling you what I heard I’m telling you from experiencing they are a fraud!!!
