Great experience renting a SUV for a family weekend in Nashville. Reasonable price for the car and smooth experience- car was ready and clean and I got a pick of 3 cars.
Every time I go to the Montgomery Airport Location And ABBY is working she ALWAYS tells me I have to come back in the morning for a rental even though I have previously reserved. I live 30 minutes away from the airport that is gas wasted and parking that I pay for out of pocket! She has no customer service skills and is not empathetic to anyone’s situation. She comes off quit snobbish.

I had a vehicle that had only 6 miles on it. It was brand new and beautiful. Had been renting from local dealership, but don't think I'll be going there anymore. Alamo is the place to RENT great vehicles!
The price was excellent as was the customer service online and at the Montgomery airport office. However, the car was not cleaned properly. There were two golf balls found underneath the seats, the inside windows were streaked, and the windshield wiper container was dry. This was disappointing but workable. I did have to extend the time of the car rental, and that worked great.
