I love the fact that it doesn't cost much to get a car for one day but the customers service rep. George T. I hate him...... He just takes his job too damn serious

I have only one issue and that is getting through phone line to make reservations
It was horrible. Had an appt at 10:00am. They didn't have the car that we had reserved. Told us to come back at 1:00 they were going to Prattville to pick the car up. We came back at 1:00 and they hadn't even left yet. So for three hours of waiting still no car. We settled for a van. We will go somewhere else next time!!!!
I'm so torn about how to rate this place. The price was amazing and the car was great. Some of the service was friendly, but some of the service was grumpy. The thing that really made me nuts and makes me want to give them a low rating is the fact that they have two speeds - slow and stop. Between Mr. Grumpy and things taking forever, I opted for a 3/5. Consider yourself warned.
