first class customer service and great inventory! I can't hardly get out of bed, memory foam has changed our lives.....
I am absolutely astounded by these people. I bought a very complex bed frame and a mattress from The Bedroom several months ago, and I had a mishap this morning that caused the bed to fall through. I immediately made a call to see if they could make a same day visit to come look at the damage, and the employees were very helpful and very patient - even with my many panicked phone calls to make sure everything was on the right track. They came to my house to assess, took the broken piece back to the store on the other side of town to make adjustments, and then returned to my house to fix it. They did a marvelous job, were very patient and kind, and were exceptionally professional. Thank you guys so much for saving this girl from having to sleep on the couch!
Love my new bed from the Bed Room. They were so patient as I looked through catalog after catalog to find just what I wanted. When it was delivered the guys did an awesome job and made sure that they cleaned up all packaging. Would definitely return!
