I have had the pleasure of buying furniture and other merchandise from badcock for 4 years. Customer service friendly and courteous. My headboard on my bed broke and the screws came out of rail, The warranty company sent someone out to file a claim, he took pictures and said if they can't fix it they will replace it. Now that's what you call good service. I bought the warranty on all my items. Thanks for being so friendly, Kudos to you Badcock. I give you 5 stars.
