I was looking to purchase a new full set of bedroom furniture and visiting this location was so disappointing. I walked around for at least 15-20 minutes. There was a man who was assisting another customer and there was a woman who wasn't doing anything. I was the only other customer in the store. No one acknowledged me at all. When I grew tired of waiting, I approached the woman and asked her about bedroom furniture. She directs me to the clearance furniture without me even telling her my price range or knowing exactly about my taste. I walked out, never again to return. Thankfully, I found another place, where the representatives are friendly and professional, and actually that wants my business. Bishop Parker is a NO for me and NO stars!
