What a wonderful first-time experience at American Freight Furniture. The young lady that helped me was super sweet and so helpful. I'll be back soon to pick up the mattress and box springs I ordered for my son. And hopefully they'll get in some living room furniture colors that I will like.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase at the Montgomery, Alabama location. Management was very good. Prices seemed to be excellent. Quality seemed to be excellent. Selection was very good. The -2 star is because of my delivery. I paid $75 cash for delivery, which is fine. But, after all my furniture was placed inside my apartment and the delivery men left, I failed to check to make sure everything was delivered correctly. The next day I open the box that contained my headboard and it was the wrong size and color. Management had a new headboard delivered to me, but the delivery man refused to take back the incorrect headboard because he said, "I don't have the paper.", so I took the headboard back to the American Freight warehouse.
They have a nice selection and cheaper prices compared to other stores.
Went with a friend to find her a recliner. The people there are very polite and helpful. Also very good prices. I will be going back to get me a king size mattress set for only $589, and its not a cheap made, its a memory foam. By the way my friend found a recliner for less than $400. Love this store!!!!
Within the next few days, I opened the mirror to my dresser and it was the wrong color. I took the mirror back to the American Freight warehouse and management swapped it out for me. In the end, I happy with my furniture but it appears my $75 delivery cost was wasted on my end due to the driving back and forth a few times to fix a few mistakes the delivery men made with my purchase. Before the delivery men leave your location, double check your furniture.
