Chad, John, & Lamar were great! Walked in and within 5 minutes I walked out with my Queen Size Monarch mattress & rails! Very clean warehouse and customer service was outstanding! Even received a discount on delivery for being a student! Will be returning for living room & dining set!
"You get what you pay for." This place has descent prices and somewhat descent customer service. However, the delivery service, "perryman delivery" is awful! The truck initially arrived with only half of my merchandise around 2pm. I was promised that they would return within the next couple of hours with the remaining items. They did not return until around 7pm. Upon receiving my purchased goods, I noticed that one item was damaged. I contacted the manager, John, and was told it would be replaced the next day around 9 am. I did not receive the replacement until 5pm. This was an horrific experience for me, to say the least. No one followed up with me during time, I received updates by calling the manager numerous times a day. After spending thousands of dollars and not being sure whether or not the end result is what you're promised is stressful, especially since they offer no returns or refund. I did eventually receive what I paid for, but the experience is something I would never want to endure again! A peace of mine is priceless & in the future I plan to purchase elsewhere where customer service is priority. Thank God it's over!
Only place I'll shop for furniture and appliances. Have bought in the past 2 complete bedroom sets, 2 queen mattress sets and am currently paying on a king mattress set using the 90 SAC option. My stove just recently went out on me so I'll be purchasing a new stove very soon. A king bedroom suite is in the works hopefully in the next 6 months. Customer service is excellent. Have been a fan of Montgomery Overstock ever since they were off the Northern Blvd. Have referred many people and as long as they keep prices competitive along with wonderful workers I will forever be a repeat customer!
