Reginald was very helpful and didn’t pressure me to buy a certain piece of furniture, or anything, if I wasn’t absolutely sure. The process was quick and easy. I can’t wait to see my new recliner in 4-6 weeks.
I had a very positive experience at your company. Reggie Bell definitely represents La-Z-Boy well. He greeted me promptly and was ready to help me purchase living room furniture. He was knowledable about your products and informed me that I could choose a different fabric. I did not make a purchase on my first trip because I was just wanting to get prices and ideas that day. I chose to come back and purchase my furniture from Reggie because it was a pleasure to work with him. Plus, he called and followed up a few days later which meant a lot to me.
I was greeted at the door by salesman Brent Kennedy. The store had a nice selection and he was friendly and helpful. I bought 2 beautiful recliners on sale. They are set up for delivery in two days. Definitely will visit this store again.
Super experience!!! Thanksgiving week & company coming we needed another recliner ASAP. Our oldie but goodie lazy boy chair had been repaired a couple times, but, her base to the chair from finally broke beyond what we thought couldn’t be repaired, so we needed to replace her quickly. Fortunately Lazyboy stocks seating & a great variety!!! Sales person was beyond wonderful, helpful & knowledgeable!!! We Love Love Love our new chair!!! Thank you ~
