first, lemme say that while everyone was at least somewhat polite, my qualms lay in their knowledgability. one person at the photo center told me one thing while the photo-taker the day of the shoot told me another (about packages and pricing). furthermore, they're not professional as far as actual photo-taking skill, manners, or behavior, BUT this is walmart and they're decent for the price. and if YOU are polite, the associates i spent time with will go out of their way to work with you on getting the best bang for your buck.
