I browsed their sales floor and was amazed by the customer service that we recvd while at this store. They were friendly and made it easy for me to rent my bedroom set. I love COLORTYME!!!
Worst rental place they harass you for payments after one day late their rude as hell ! I wouldn't rent from them period !
Went this morning to look for a refridgerator. Have never heard of this place so I was going to check it out. As I went to open the door to a fridge, a roach was on the handle staring at me. We walked straight out.
Customer service was GREAT. The manager even stayed over close time to make sure all my needs were met and that I left as a HAPPY customer !!!
DON'T GO THIS ROUTE AT ALL!!! THEY HARASS YOU AFTER BEING LATE ON YOUR PAYMENTS. THEY ALSO SHOW UP AT YOUR HOME CONSTANTLY KNOCKING, LEAVING NOTES. DONT GAIN STRESS STAY STRESS FREE
