I went in for a dj mixer and monitor speakers. After being there for 20 minutes and not being greeted, I decided to just ask but walking to the counter, I noticed other people were promptly greeted. I was greeted going out the door and even though i was dissapointed i wasn't rude. I hate to give them a bad review, I bought my dean guitar there 3 years ago and it was a good experience. But guitar center has been a solid business and every one I've been to, I bought something but this time I'm probably going to have to do amazon.

The selection is awesome. The staff is great, and will help in any way they can. The trick seems to be knowing what to ask for. I'm loving my first guitar, but could have used more help picking it out. If you ask, they will help.
