I walked in to see 4 customers in front of me. 2 are being helped with 3 emolployees on duty. Normally not a problem, but 2 employees are basically cutting up with 1 customer while the 3rd employee struggles to do her job. We tried to get service at the eastern blvd corporate store and was denied service and harassed by the workers so we drove to this store and found they were helpful. This store is clean and has a good environment. The store on eastern blvd needs to be closed or new people brought in.
I purchased a new tablet in June. After using it, I decided that it was more advanced than I needed. I had a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I verified this with Customer Care as requested by the Sprint store. I called the Sprint store back and spoke to Damien Walker, the store manager. He said he'd have to order the tablet I wanted. This was within the 30 days. The tablet came into the store the next week which was out of the 30 day period. When Damien attempted to input the exchange into the computer, he wasn't able to since the 30 days had elapsed. Ron Worthington, the District Manager, was in the store that day. Both gentlemen made several calls and Ron was finally able to get approval for the exchange. Damien spent several hours on the phone attempting to get my exchange done. Ron also spent a great deal of time on the phone for the same purpose. By the time I left the store, I had my new tablet. I'd like to thank these two gentlemen for their exemplary customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I cannot sing their praises enough. Thank you, Damien and Ron, for making my experience a positive one!
Literally the worst sprint store. I used to love being a Sprint customer and never had any issues but this store has completely ruined my perspective of Sprint and makes me wish I wasn't stuck in a contract. I would almost rather pay more for service somewhere else.
Worst!!! Forget service for customers!!! If you think that is bad try working for them with no managers or help and then work dang near 120 hours without seeing your family and they let you go!!! They do not respect employees and customers DO LIE and they believe them. Don't EVER APPLY JUST RUN!! AND I DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO A FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND WILL USE ALL PLATFORMS!!!
