Walked in to no greeting and waited 20 minutes abs still didn't get a welcome or any type of help. These people are the worst
No since of urgency. Greeter meets you at the door, rakes name and reason for visit, after that you wait forever and a day. Staff members walk by you never saying anything, while others stand around doing nothing. Why have a local store if you can't get local help & support. #thinkingofswitching
Piss poor performance! No sense of urgency. Walked in with 4 patrons ahead of me, counted 5 sales reps and 1 greeter, yet I spent almost an hour waiting for a new sim card to a BRAND new phone. If it weren't my mom's line I'd go to Verizon.
Good service. I haven't been in for a while but could never get a usable AT&T signal in the store.
