Horrible in every way. Sanitation and safety of guests is completely disregarded in pursuit of profits. Stay here only if you like noisy toilets that don't flush properly, a pool area that is so dim that it would be a safety hazard to use it, refrigerators that are falling apart, and a shield over the A/C unit that is so close to the bed that you can't get out on that side without injuring yourself.
Enjoyed our stay. The AC was NOT on in the the hotel lobby and halls and was muggy getting to our room. The room was clean and the AC worked great in the room though. We decided to stay here because their parking lot was very well lit and not dark and spooky. That's very important when you arrive at night. The office attendant was very friendly and would definitely stay here again.
Nice staff, clean room, smoking room, comfortable bed with lots of pillows. I did not have the breakfast. 4 cup coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room. Weak Wi-Fi signal at night but better in AM also has Ethernet cable and very nice office chair. For a hotel with smoking rooms on the 3rd floor you wouldn't know as it smelled very nice. The room did not have the stale smoking smell either.
The Sleep Inn & Suites on Carmichael in Montgomery has been great!!! From the our late arrival to checkout has been a positive experience. Brittany at the front desk is amazing. She is friendly, accommodating, was able to provide any information we needed about the area, and she is all about an excellent guest experience. The location is fantastic because it is close to restaurants, shopping, the interstate, etc. Our room was very clean and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. Love this place and will definitely return!
Nice clean hotel. Staff is friendly. Has a pool and a hot tub. Breakfast is mediocre and wifi is horrible
