The hotel is not Wyndham standards at all . Terrible breakfast. Internet wifi is very weak signal. We came here do to hurricane Irma . I give them 2 stars because they had very polite daughter who helped. The English is bad . A pool guy from Orlando cleaned the Pool for his kids he told us the pool is horrible wait so he can clean it . If the owner could be more sincere about the property this place would be better but he only wants money. Sadly to say we were aloud to stay here 3 days for the cost of a 4 star hotel . Be careful my husband was robbed by a con man who claims to be a navy seal. He frequents the hotel and scams the tourists. We were warned by a convenient store cashier. Beware of this place not safe at all .
The hotel has roaches!! I was in town on business and out a room there at about 4pm. I went out on errands and returned about 9pm. While working, I saw something by my foot and noticed it was a normal size roach. It caught me off guard and I talked myself into just trying to deal with it. But not even 10 minutes later a big flying roach runs out. I immediately for my things and went to the front desk. I told the owner what happened and told him that I couldn't stay there. He told me that he wasn't giving me my money back. I left and got a room at the Drury Inn as I should have done before. Thank God the Drury Inn across the street still had a room open!! Never stay at this place, unless you want unwanted visitors!
Room cleanliness was not satisfactory at all. Floor was filthy-your feet will be gross after walking on this carpet so bring flip flops or slippers. Anything not commonly used hasn't been wiped down in a long time. Room air was stagnant when arriving, smelled like mildew.
Bathroom- the shower has been "painted" over the original finish.
Breakfast is served here- didn't try it. If the cleaning skills aren't right then I will definitely not eat anything from them.
Love this place very nice staff and run by a great family that make you feel like one of the family... Great place to stay! !!!
Sink leaked onto carpet below every time you turn it on.
Get a do not distrub sign. Housekeeping starts knocking and opening your door early. Thank God i had the dead bolt on. Pool is good. Owners are rude. Bed is comfy. Rooms are acceptable.
The bed was clean & comfortable.
