SAD we have brought my mother here with stage 4 pulmonary cancer do not understand how this place is rated anything near a 3
Oh just terrible I am beyond myself at the filth and freezing rooms “low of 37” outside! Was bright 2 electric heaters 1 of which did not work. Go to pull out the sofa bed and it’s full of hair I have pictures to prove. They was both taken down stairs to nice staff but clueless staff. 1) he had no clue why the furnace was not working correctly to heat the room! 2) no more working electric heaters available! 3) I can GIVE you a clean sheet because there is no explanation for your sheets looking like that.
We spent Christmas night here as we were traveling to head out on a holiday cruise the next day. For having to work on Christmas the staff was incredibly friendly!!! Great accommodations. The only disappointment was the breakfast was rather cold on the buffet.
This is a nice cozy establishment. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms we're clean. Not the flashiest, but safe. If you're stopping overnight on a long trip, this is a 5 star!
The hotel was clean and easy to maneuver. check in was fast as well as check out. did not use digital key as they were going to have to use a different system to program it. loved the box dinners they offered sure to it being xmas. great stay
Service, breakfast and location were/are fantastic. The hotel is close to downtown restaurants and entertainment. The room was not as clean as I have come to expect from an embassy suites. My bathroom sink had little hairs all over the counter and sink, probably from someone shaving but not cleaned. The shower also had long black hairs throughout. The bed sheets and carpet floors seemed to be clean which matter a whole loot more to me. Probably missed the bathroom upon cleaning but will try this hotel again next time in the area, with hopefully better results.
