The attendant was very friendly and tried to accommodate us by offering to start breakfast an hour early. It was supposed to be a hot breakfast but there was only some cold scrambled eggs for the hot food portion, no juices, then just your normal continental type breakfast foods. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows, but I felt like I was being bitten all night. I don't know if it was bed bugs or their soap I used in the shower. Their shower took forever for the water to get hot, and the shower head is only about shoulder high, so you have to bend over to rinse your hair. Otherwise the place looked and smelled clean.
My husband and I stayed two nights at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. When we first got to the front desk the girl was really nice but it took a little while for us to get our room key but after talking to her we realized they only opened less than two weeks ago. We will definitely be staying here again!
This hotel just reopened last week. I stay in hotels for work at least 10 nights per month, and I must say that this was the best value hotel I've ever stayed in. All the beds, linens, pillows, furniture, and appliances are brand new. The bathroom had been remodeled nicely as well. The building itself shows its age, and it doesn't have all of the amenities that you would expect in a more expensive hotel (although it has more than I expect at this price), but it is certainly worth the price. The staff were fantastic also.
