My husband and I always stay here when in Montgomery for business. Excellent hotel for a reasonable price. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and I enjoy having a couch to sit on in room. They also have a good breakfast, and an outside pool. I also like the fact that they offer smoking and non smoking rooms, and that they are pet friendly. There are also restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.
The worst Quality Inn I've stayed in and I've stayed in a bunch! 90 degrees outside and half the hotel wasn't air-conditioned; and that part was barely cool! It was hotter inside our room when we walked in than outside! The pool was closed not that I would have used it as nasty as it was. One luggage cart for the entire hotel. If you didn't get it first, you had to carry your luggage out. The only good thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable. Didn't eat breakfast so have no idea whether it was good or not.
I am rating this hotel, holding it to the standards of a 3 star tier hotel. The front desk attendants and house keeping were very friendly and accommodating! The continental breakfast was on point and the rooms were decent as you would expect.
We never made it to the hotel for our reservations. Coming from Texas to Alabama for Thanksgiving we were in a severe card accident which left my mother hospitalized. Knowing it was past the deadline to cancel I called the hotel directly and spoke to Brandon who was so nice and apologizing for our bad fortune. We had a room reserved for 3 days and I asked what the minimum would be to cancel it. He graciously told me there would be no charge to us. What a kind man and company to extend that kind of compassion in this situation. He took care of everything in under 5 minutes and we were so grateful. I will definitely be visiting this hotel in the future and will be telling my friends about it also. Wonderful company policy to do that for us, and amazing training to the staff to be able to be a compassionate person in this world today. 5 stars! And Brandon needs a raise!
Good rooms, only thing I could see is the breakfast could be a little better, huge truck parking area
