One of the nicest Motel 6's we have stayed at. It was clean and well maintained. Especially liked the large bathtub. A nice basic overnight hotel when passing through Montgomery.
Very noisy outside with guests partying outside and in and out back door.
Pillows super comfortable, but bed so-so.

When leaving later that night, I noticed that another car had been broken into in the parking lot. I will not be staying at this location in the future due to safety concerns.
Good location near several fast foods places and a mexican restaurant. Rooms somewhat small but very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. If rooms were bigger would have given 4 stars
Room was VERY SMOKY at first, like it was coming from above, but after airing the room out and neighbour seemed to stop smoking, it cleared up.
Good for walking dog.
Room was great. Comfortable and shower very clean. Maybe a bit too much bleach, but better clean than not.
Worse thing was that the water pressure was terrible. At times sink was a trickle. Couldn't get a shower, as low pressure and not hot. Luke warm, so I froze.
Check in was easy and friendly.
I was initially initially impressed with the remodeled hotel. Aesthetically, it represented good value for the price of the room. However, I went to leave my room later that night, and realized that the door didn't lock closed. In other words, when closed from the outside, the lock would not latch. If I had just walked out (and not double checked), I would have left my room open to any intruders. I was moved to another room, but it was very concerning.
I always stay at this Hope hull Motel 6 when traveling to NW FL from the north. It is truly the best deal. And I feel really secure knowing the motel has controlled access. All guests have one point of entry, which means no one can just waltz in to the motel. The microwave and fridge work great.....solo travelers delight. The water pressure in the room I was in was really good. No breakfast, but that's OK. The rate was so great. Just remember there is no grocery stores there near the motel, so make sure you buy your food or whatever before you get to the motel. There is a full blown Walmart about 10 miles north on I-65. The folks who checked me in were cool and nice. I will always stay here....it's the best for me. Thank you Motel 6 Hope Hull - ALABAMA !
