Convenient location, clean rooms, clean lobby and breakfast area, and comfortable beds.
We won't stay here again- poor management and(except for the breakfast area) lack of customer service.

Their response? " We've been working on it." No apologies. We were there for a week of work and every morning began with slamming doors as early as 4:15 a.m.
However... the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. The key cards kept malfunctioning in the room, workout room AND the side entrance door. We set the thermostat to 68 and yet it took 2.5 days for it to go down from 72 to 68. The room refrigerator barely cooled our Desani water battles, despite keeping them in the fridge overnight. The bathroom sink drained so slowly that it was gross to watch.
The beds are very comfortable and there are 4 luxurious pillows on each! The breakfast was really diverse in terms of selection and Jacki keeps it fresh and well stocked. She was a welcoming gem each morning
While I realize there is little that can be done to prevent rude customers, I've stayed at other Holiday Inn Express locations and have NEVER had such difficult and noisy sleeping conditions.
