Great hotel near many shopping and dining options. This fairly new Hilton Garden Inn has a fresh bright design. The room was very clean and the AC worked great. The gym and pool areas are well maintained. The hotel also has a guest laundry area and business center. The room service and breakfast options are typical for most Hilton Garden Inn locations. The only negative to this visit was not being greeted as a Hilton Honors member and lack of the free bottled water.
Stayed two weeks. The rooms are super quiet, which is amazing. The carpet in my room is kind of sticky. But the cleaners have taken care of any other issues I have had. The only unprofessional behavior was from the night staff. I had some questions regarding my Hilton Points and he seemed to be too bothered to care/ do anything about it. No smile, no eye contact. On the flip side the restaurant has amazing helpful staff!!! So for the location and beds come stay a few nights.
Cable TV kept going in and out. Breakfast vegan/healthy options were limited. Clean hotel. Good location.
I attended a meeting in a conference room at the Hilton Garden Inn Montgomery - Eastchase. The conference room was very nice and clean. No outside noises were heard during the meeting. The staff was very accomodating and prompt. Restrooms were kept neat and clean. The location was nice. In the middle of shops in case you forget anything.
Clean hotel, spacious room, lots of cable channels. Includes fridge and microwave. Super convenient and close to the malls, eateries and shopping centers. Only negative is small pool and no complimentary breakfast...also No pets.
