A good place at a good price! The rooms have a clean comfortable bed and a kitchen with good full sized appliances. Management and staff are friendly and always helpful. The grab and go breakfast of coffee, granola bars and muffins is handy if one's morning is hurried. Its location relative to restaurants, stores, theaters (etc.) is excellent, but a vehicle is needed, as Montgomery is sorely lacking in sidewalks. All things considered, the Extended Stay made me comfortable when I stayed there.
I booked this hotel on line, with an online price quoted in euro, instead of American Dollars. I was charged a higher price, then what was online. Then, the hotel charged me three times, for a one night stay. It was awful! The hotel stated complimentary breakfast without a sitting area or hot food: That was awful! The shower was not draining and that was awful! All, I wanted was a good hotel, that didn’t over charge me! I could give it a higher rating, if everything was exactly like the stated on line:
Rooms are a good size for the price. Nice size kitchen. Some furniture could use updating and the bedding is itchy. Although the room looked clean, the garbage was not taken out which may it feel dirty.
Hotel is in a great location, close to the highway and places to eat. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. On the downside our room smelled really stagnant almost like it was a smoking room at one point. I was hoping to be able to rent a movie to watch but there is only limited cable. Can't complain for the price I suppose, but I'm not the only one who has commented about the cigarette smell.
Everything was ok nothing exceptional. There was a cockroach in the bathroom i guess they havent ever noticed that.
