Clean, spacious, and friendly! Good little breakfast bar. Clean indoor pool. Two treadmills, one elliptical, and bow flex machine available for use. The only place that didn't hike their rates sky high during the hurricane evacuation!!
I checked in on September 6, just as people were evacuating from hurricane Irma. Needless to say the hotel was filled to capacity. Despite this, or maybe even because of this, I had the best stay at a hotel I ever had, and believe me I have stayed in more than a few hotels. The staff was unfailingly friendly, helpful and patient. A six night stay without any issues whatsoever is great during normal times but it's exceptional when you have a full house for the foreseeable future. Kudos to Kevin at the front desk, your tremendous housekeeping staff and your breakfast team. I won't stay anywhere else whenever I come to Montgomery..
Despite some of the negative reviews. Our stay was very nice, relaxing and comfortable. The staff was caring and met all our needs. Our room was larger than I thought it was going to be with a sitting and mini kitchen area. Everything was updates despite some of the reviews. Breakfast was always hot and good with many choices. We will return again!
Dated. I've stayed at several of these establishments and this is by far the oldest. Everything is dated - decor, furniture, paint, carpet - everything. Had to request bathtub be sanitized before we showered. Staff, though, is very, very, responsive. Chantilly facility in Montgomery is much more enjoyable stay.
The room I was in, had water stains on the and smelled bad. I asked for another room and it was decent and better than the first. Staff was helpful and WiFi is great, but that was about it.
