Awesome Service. Everything is done in an timely and professional manner. As well as accurate. I've never had to wait hours or bring my vehicle back to the dealership because of negligence. I'm really glad they take great pride in what they do and put the customers first. Henry runs a great service department.
Took car to Reinhardt Lexus for airbag recall. They treated me like a valued client. Car ready on time, washed, and filled with gas. Truely a five star organization.
and again received great service at this dealership which is one of the main reasons I take my vehicle there for service. But to my surprise, on the date of December 23rd, 2017. I was at the receiving end of some very poor service at this dealership. Some money I had in my console was taken during the service of my vehicle. I was appalled at such behavior. I discovered my cash missing as soon as I got back in my vehicle, I had not left the premises yet. I was there to have the oil changed in my vehicle and there was no reason to have a tech access the console in my vehicle. The cash was not in plain view. I did report it to a manager, Mr. Trammell and he appeared to be concerned and stated he would look into the matter. After having to wait longer than usual for someone getting just an oil change, Mr. Trammell did give me a great discount off the price of the service rendered. But, after discovering some cash had been taken, my day and mood was ruined.

There are not enough superlatives to describe how helpful Todd Stratton and Hayden Harris were in addressing our maintenance needs when our Lexus was brought to them while we were traveling north from the Mobile area. A follow up letter which I will write to the dealership will better express our appreciation.
