I would give them no stars. Bought a car from them within 4 months of buying it blew up and I was stuck with a car payment. On top of a $6,000 credit card bill to fix it. NO NO NO! They conventionally moved to Prattville. BUYER BEWARE!
I traded my vehicle at Auto Enterprise and it took them 3 months before they finally sent a check to pay the balance of the vehicle. By the time the check was received, late charges were incurred. My credit score reflects that I am still past due on a vehicle I traded months ago. The unpaid balance still hasn't been taken care of! After my lawyer contacted Auto Enterprise, they fabricated a complete and utter lie, stating I was late when I traded the vehicle.
