New to the area, thought we were going with a reputable company. We were very wrong. First car we chose off the lot would not start to test drive. They offered a "mechanics special" car that was not on the lot. This car starts for the test drive was sold "as is". However the car would not start to take home. Finally the on site mechanic got it to start saying it was just low on gas and after that we took it in for our own diagnostic, the mechanic said the engine had previously been on fire and he would not recommend that we drive the car for safety reasons. Auto cash would not take car back or consider a trade. This shows a lack of honor or integrity on the dealerships part. So we are out of thousands on a car that can't drive. This is a lemon lot, I would not recommend buying from this dealership.
I really enjoyed working with Alexis Thomas. She was and is a great salesperson. She makes her customers feel wanted and has her way of talking customers into getting cars. She is good at what she do. Love her. Keep it up. This is my second car from her and AutoCash. Thanks everyone especially Alexis.
Don't be fooled by all the reviews saying how positive, Ms. Thomas is. Their job is to sell cars, and that is what they do! They will not make ANY issues known especially if you don't notice it right then and there. If you bring the issue to them they will kindly remind you that you signed a contract and now are responsible for anything wrong with the car even if the issue was present before you left the lot. Save yourself some time, DON'T PURCHASE from here.
When in to inquire about a vehicle. The whole sale went left was advised of down payment whixh is based off of your credit score but the huy never inputted my information so i asked how did he determine the amount he said i know whats required. Next thing is asked about monthly payment he states after you pay the down payment then we will tell you that. Come to find out these are mainly repo cars from title loans.
