Beware of A & P Automotive Company ... I recently took my vehicle here to get a new starter and my front struts replaced. When I went in on a TUESDAY MORNING, I told them that I had a squeak coming from my struts and that my car clicks here and there so I needed to get a new starter. I left my car with them , and got a call back saying the starter has been replaced and I'm "good to go". I then had to remind them of my strut replacement. I immediately felt like they ignored me or didn't take me seriously as a customer. They then proceeded to "do repairs " but my car wasn't ready until 5:00 on WEDNESDAY EVENING. I got there , and as I was pulling out of the lot, I was ecstatic because my starter and my strut replacement came out PERFECTLY
UPDATE: 1 week later, the tank they replaced doesn't drip, but doesn't hold coolant. Tank empties out from point A to point B. Caused my car to overheat today 6/8/17 . Had another mechanic look at it and said they caused a blown gasket head. I will NEVER go back to this place. You all have costed me another car , and I hope that you are happy with yourselves. Karma is real, and if you keep doing customers DIRTY like this, there will be consequences to follow. Stop scheming people
Best price on tires that I could find, and they offer lifetime rotation and balance if you buy them there. Best price on an oil change also. They can quickly get you the tires from their warehouse instead of having to pay to ship them on overnight.
My Dad just got his second Chevy Avalanche from here! They are extremely courteous, fast, efficient, and nice! It is always a pleasure to stop in and speak with everyone! I highly recommend you stop in here if you are looking for another vehicle!
