Disappointing service from a typically dependable brand. On a family road trip my A/C quit working. With temperatures in the upper 90s, my beautiful TLX became an ebony oven baking two small children, one grumpy grandma with a side of me. I called Acura expecting the brands usual efficient service only to be told they couldn't see me until a WEEK later. No options were offered, no loaner car available, no solutions just glib and careless responses of "Too bad" and "see you next week." I should be able to get Acura level service wherever they are sold, but this is not the case at McConnell Acura.
Stepped on the lot waited ten minutes and a lady came out and put our names on a list. We had to wait to see a salesperson. Waited on the lot over 30 minutes and no salesperson assisted us. Finally a the same lady came out and stated somebody will be with us, but we left. Just never stepped on a lot and I wasn't greeted by several salesman. The lady who took our names were nice though.
This location returned my car with more problems than it went in with!!! My driver's side headlamp needed to be replaced, which is usually better handled at the dealership.. When they returned my car, the driver's side fog lamp was not working as well as the lights on one side of my dashboard. The only response I received was that water must've gotten in my assembly and short circuited the wiring. While my car was in the shop the entire time??? The only reason I didn't pursue this further is because I wouldn't trust them to even pump gas properly.

I came in with an odd question about a car that is 18 years old. I felt ridiculous for asking, but, I could not locate the dip stick for the transmission. 2 service technicians went out of there way to help me and explained how to check the transmission fluid..
We were traveling from New Orleans to Atlanta when our MDX started having battery problems. Called these guys from the road and asked if they could replace the battery quickly. They were extremely courteous and said their express guys can take care of it right away. They did just as they said. Price was as quoted, even cleaned the love bugs off the windshield and front of the car! We were back on the road in no time!
