After not receiving a call back from my local Volvo dealership, I found Lin Williams at Jack Ingram Volvo. I was able to order a new XC90 exactly to my specifications from the factory in Sweden. Mr. Williams informed me of the progress during the entire build process. When the car arrived, Mr. Williams sent me pictures of the delivery and even arranged to deliver the car to me nearly 100 miles away from the dealership. I received incredible service during the entire process and would highly recommend Jack Ingram Volvo. Loving my new car!
It was time for our scheduled maintenance. Booked our date and Tom arranged to have me a car to use. Everything was described before leaving. No unanticipated issues. Final billing was just as we were told it would be. Our car came rolling out all nice and clean
Our salesman Lin was amazing. He and jack Ingram auto were purely professional and very polite and considerate from start to finish. They even held the car for us for a very short period while we arranged for the time of purchase.
On in purchase day, they gave a very fair deal, so no time was spent haggling.
