These guys are great and so accommodating. I can text my service writer any time and he always responds. The quality of the work is always too notch. I've been a customer for years and have always enjoyed doing business here.

I really don't think five stars is sufficient for the level of service I received from this particular dealership. As a first-time car buyer, I really wasn't sure what to expect, but I can say but I'm very pleased with my first experience. Tip and his team, including Fred Jackson, we're consistent in keeping me updated in regards to the car I purchased. Time was taken daily to touch base with me and the status of the vehicle and this team worked with me every possible way to ensure that I not only had a reliable vehicle but that my family was taken care of as well. I will be recommending people to this dealership. I'm very grateful I ran into these people. My kids and I adore our new ride *happy dance*

Was visiting daughter 650 miles from home during Thanksgiving when battery died Friday morning. After jumping the car and getting it started, I called Jack Ingram Volkswagen and was told to bring in my car immediately. They had just about every car bay filled with current cars being serviced. But, they took my car, replaced the battery and I was ready to go within the hour. If I lived in Montgomery, Alabama, this would be my dealer of choice.
I thought it took too long to get the needed part and repair my beetle. Greg,was nice as well as professional throughout the process. Ido appreciate the fact that a courtesy ride is made available for customers. Overall, my experience was positive.
