My experience was not good. I have a classic Porsche 993, 1995. It needed a new convertible top. Also the horn was broken and the air conditioner wasn’t working. I took it in in April 2016. That’s right, or year and a half ago. They said they didn’t know how to fix the horn. They said they didn’t know how to fix the air conditioner. They put on a new convertible top it’s been bit back in several times before they finally got it working. The entire experience cost me roughly $20,000. Thankfully they’ve got a new service manager who seems to be able to get things done but the old one told me that they had didn’t have anybody there that knew how to work on an air cooled engine.
I decided to drive 4 hrs trip to Jack Ingram Porsche although there is a Porsche dealer in my area. because they promptly got back with me with all credit applications, fast approval and quote me with many options for payment for the car that I am interested in. And when I got there I was impressed with how professional they are and so infomative to explain to me how to work with my new car. I drove back home with my dream car and now have hope that there still people that they truely care and take pride for what they do.
Fortunately Jack Ingram now has Winfred back in Porsche service. He has many years experience with classic Porsche’s so you can now feel good about taking a real classic Porsche in for Winfred to handle service. He knows about air cooled Porsche’s.
Requested tire rotation when calling in for service and reminded them at check in. Found out tire rotation not performed driving home. Shouldn't they go over service before paying?
Nice but confused staff. No signage to pull in for Porsche service. People/cars moving both ways through single lane drive thru area.

My first experience with Jack Ingram Porsche. I set up a service appointment via website. Website very user friendly and quick. Set appointment and received a call from Winfrid to review my vehicle and why I was coming in. Arrived early and Winfrid got vehicle in immediately. The tech came out to go over the service issues. Both were very professional and courteous. It is the best service experience I’ve had with any vehicle. The entire staff was pleasant. Winfrid and the tech were both well trained and versed in every aspect of my 2012 Cayenne S Hybrid which is not the most popular model. I was very impressed and highly recommend them.
