Horrible customer service displayed by the owners on two separate occasions.
Great food and we love the smoothies. Although the customer service CAN be improved and not forgetting to put a for in the bag or give me my water.

Second: While taking a business call I inadvertently forgot to tell the nice sandwich-maker-guy that I wanted Jamaican Jerk sauce instead of Southwestern Sauce (gross), anyway, the owner emphatically told me that they were NOT going to remake it, and that was NOT going to receive a refund because if I received a refund then they would lose money - Umm lady - REALLY! I will drive the extra 8 miles and waste the extra $2.45 in gas to go to Atlanta Hwy where I should have gone anyway!
On November 7th when I went to Tropical Smoothie on Zelda road for the first time. First of the cashier was rude!!! Then I get home to eat and my sandwich was wrong. I called them and that girl was rude. Telling me I had to bring the sandwich back! No ma’am I’m hungry and I live across town. So that is not an option. She proceeds to say I can bring the sandwich back tomorrow and she will correct my order. You make my order wrong and then expect me to be inconvenienced for you to “fix” it. You should have been apologizing (oh yeah she never apologized for the error) for screwing up in the first place and respectfully assuring me you will take care of me my next visit. No thank you I will NEVER enter your location again!!
First: During the flip-flop day- It was advertised that you could receive a smoothie if you wore flip's - I literally watched the owner change the rules so that if customers did not donate to the Sunshine fund- they couldn't receive the advertised freebie - That was weird.
Good food, great smoothies. Really nice owners as i was just standing out side and he gave me some coupons. Decided to try it, been back a lot.
