The food is pretty good here, it is similar to other chain chicken restaurants. This location is easy to get to after getting off of the interstate. This location has a drive through. I've never been served cold food at this location (sorry, that's a pet peeve of mine).
had to wait over 30 minutes for four biscuits, two cinnamon biscuits, fries, and bo-tato rounds. none of the tables are clean, their tea container was empty, and the trash cans are full. disappointed.
Waited at least 20 minutes to get the food and decided to take it to go because the restaurant was so dirty. Every table was covered in crumbs/spills. There was nothing stocked (e.g. napkins, lids, ketchup). The order was not complete. Just so disappointing, as we always look forward to stopping at Bojangles while traveling.
Good bisciuits, good chicken, pretty good service from staff at this location.
LET ME TELL YOU! We stopped in from Kings Mountain, NC on our way to NOLA and found the level of customer service to be absolutely amazing! A charter bus with 50 high-school kids and three SUV's full of others lined up inside and was served very promptly and accurately. The manager walked around asking if anyone needed refills and even took our finished plates to the trash. Very pleased and impressed! Oh....and the food was excellent!
