The food was great. The sever was decent. But the hostess. When we walked in told us she can't double seat us. So she had to place us in another area of the store. She does. As i looked over i noticed she had no problem seating others on the side of the store where we originally wanted to sit. If I'm a paying customer i should be able to sit where ever i want. I don't like that at all...hostess had bad customer service skills which is why give this store stars
HORRIBLE CARSIDE SERVICE...I wish I could give less than one star. Once again, I used their Carside Pickup and the service was horrible. I placed my order online and I expected to pick it up at 4:30. When I got to the restaurant I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes WAITING to see if someone would come out to ask about my order. AFTER waiting I called inside and I was told by someone named Jordan that someone would be out "shortly." I waited another 10 minutes for someone to come out. I ended up going inside to get my food and no one seemed a bit concerned about the service (or lack thereof). There was another customer in the parking lot who was there before I got there and he said he had been waiting for 15 minutes before I got there. POOR SERVICE...I have learned my lesson.
Tried curbside takeout with Applebee's for the first time. The establishment was busy, so I expected a delay in the time offered when I ordered online. To me that just means the meal will be hot, right. Not so. The steak ordered well was pink and rubbery. My Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich on ciabatta was drier than Arizona in the heat of summer and harder than croutons. In fairness, the quesadilla burger for my daughter deemed fair. The light crunch and gooey ganache from chocolate chip brownie pie deserves a thumbs up. Next time I will stick to appetizers and desserts and go inside the establishment.
Two for twenty ended being two for 48$ they ran out of baked potato we had to reorder then as we prepared to pay the waitress ask a bout her tip SMH! She would have gotten more but didn't because you don't Sk customers about tip she was good my son had a nice tip for. her but she was looking at my change which was much less the service was great though. Food was very good also just wanted the baked potato.
The experience was great. The location was clean, the wait staff was awesome and the food was delicious. The food came out not long after ordering. The bathroom was clean as well. So I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice and warm atmosphere to eat at.
