I will never hesitate to give 5 star remark if they change the system of service inside this establishment.
It was dark and i did not have my glasses on when I paid my bill only later to find I had paid for items I had not received. When I called the restaurant manager to review the ticket, she didn't appear to be listening. Instead she argued with me and talked over me. I asked to speak with her manager and she just said she is recording the conversation. I advised that this might be a learning opportunity for her once she brings it to her management. Yes, I got upset on the phone not because my bill was $74.20 but because all she had to do was correct the ticket and apologize for the mistake. So, not very professional and I certainly do not recommend dining there. BTW - the meal was ok but a bit over seasoned! I had the prime rib and a salad. (wow - I just read the other negative comments and yes, I saw the same thing - a poorly managed restaurant.) Take a miss on this one if you can.
Ella was our server this morning and she was pretty awesome. I thought my 7 eggs were gonna be a mess but they weren't and the pancakes were great. Their buffet breakfast is on point as well and has very fresh and delicious food. Ate here for lunch last Christmas and it was fun to do breakfast here this year. Great every time
My husband and I went to The House for our 2 year anniversary and it was a wonderful experience! They let him decorate the table himself with small things that held special meaning for us while I waited in the lobby. I had no idea what he was up to. The staff there were just as excited as we were about our anniversary and went above and beyond to make sure we had a quiet romantic dinner to ourselves along with some of the best food in Montgomery! Thank you for making our anniversary dinner a memorable one. We will be back.
One of the worst restaurant experiences in my 37 years of living. We felt very much like we were inconvenienceing our server. We were served some bread and butter, butter that tasted strangely awful. Fast forward 24 hours and me and my my friend are sick as dogs. Our plans to enjoy the city the next day we're dashed as we couldn't be more than 10 feet away from the restroom. I'm not saying it was the butter... It could have been the corbonara. I can't wait to never go back.
