This location is extremely slow and nonchalant about it. I have been standing here now for 20 minutes waiting on breakfast along with about 8 others. Along with this about 4 people whose order was wrong in the drive thru have come in to get their missing items. Now after a total of 30 minutes I am requesting a refund because they're telling me after all this time that I have to now wait longer for bacon. This is a very busy area, the store should be staffed better, especially on Saturday mornings.
I ordered food at 12 AM on Wednesday and only 1 person was in front of me so they weren't busy. I had to wait 15 mins for my food to be done. But my burgers were made wrong and I re-clarified how I wanted it made more than once only to still get it made wrong. This is why I rarely order fast food. Very disappointed.
I had a bad experience the first time I went, they were out of pickles. A Krystal with no pickles? I've been back and they're your typical Krystal. I'd you love the little steamers you'll be happy.
When they first opened, staff was very friendly and courteous. Now they border on being rude. This Krystal is right by my office and I was so happy when they opened up. I LOVE Krystals, but I will not go to this one anymore.
Only one customer in line ahead of me which it took them a while to prepare his order. That should've told me to pass, once I placed and receive my order everything was cold..... Never will I choose this Krystal again, all in all service was okay!
