DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. My husband and I were tenants with them for two years while we were in school in Montgomery, and the only reason we didn't move out sooner is because moving is a pain in the you know what. We paid our rent 6 months at a time and kept the house super clean, however whenever something needed to be fixed/repaired the landlord drug his feet. One example being that the dishwasher completely went out right after we moved in and it took ONE MONTH to get a new one. Another time, the heater went out and plumbing backed up in the same day, and when I hadn't heard anything from the repair man by that afternoon, I called to check and they FORGOT to call him!(Not to mention I was pregnant at the time.) Last straw.. we have since moved out and it has taken them OVER 30 days to return the security deposit to us. Save yourself some time and frustration, and DO NOT RENT FROM MONTGOMERY METRO REALTY.
