This place is in disrepair, the don't fix anything. The staff acts indignant if anyone dares to ask a question.
Quiet place with friendly neighbors. Front office was very helpful and quick to respond when contacted. Actually has a park. And a lot of great locations for jogging. Always seemed safe even at night. Probably would have stayed if price was a little lower. Nonetheless a great place to stay.
Worst apartment ever!!!! My work order still hasn't been completed. There's dog poop everywhere. Parking is horrible. All building needs paint jobs. Paint is peeling off every door. Shudders are missing of every apartment building. The maintenance is the worst ever. Crappiest duck pond ever. The pool just opened about 3 weeks ago after the entire summer. Office help is crappy. All they do is ride around on the golf cart smoking cigarettes. Jessica is messy as ever. My neighbor was a sheriff and she moved after living here for years. She made me feel protected. One day I put my gate code in and 7 cars came on behind me. The gate never works. Wish I could get every dime back. ARONOV SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!!!!
The gate never works, they have roaches, water comes in some of the apartments, the gate code everybody in Montgomery knows it so it's not safe.
TERRIBLE...I mean TERRIBLE service...I've gone 5 days without heat...will be breaking my lease ASAP
