In 2010 our realtor was rather lazy and did not want to do work to get us the home how we wanted it. She told us she had taken pictures of the home, then two weeks later admitted that she hadn't because she didn't want to "waste her time" not knowing that we would purchase it (purchasing sight unseen and we DID end up with it), then not being willing to ask the listing agent questions, but telling us not to speak to her as well, giving us advice we later found out through our mortgage company she was not allowed to give us, such as the "good" and "bad" areas of town, and finally, committing a federal offense by opening our mail (loan documents) that had our name on them, without our permission. when we confronted her about this, she told us that "she does it all the time and no other clients have a problem with it"! Too bad for her the LAW does. The seem like a ridiculous bunch of folks when there are several good realtors in town. I would not recommend them to anyone.
