They won't pick up the phone, they aren't organized and lose documents all the time. I mailed a Skills Test Waiver to these idiots and they ended up losing it and told me to drive to the office and hand it in person. I live 4 hours away ffs I mailed it to avoid doing anything like that.
First off, calling this place is the WORST because of apparent understaffing. The 1st time it took 2 hrs of calling repeatedly before I could get put on hold! HOWEVER, when I finally got through, the ladies (Linda & I can't remember the other's name) I spoke to were absolutely wonderful. Both were incredibly helpful & courteous which is rare with any type of dmv related office! They actually made me feel a little better about getting my situation taken care of & I can't thank you enough for that! Ladies, if you ever read this, you both deserve 6 stars for your professionalism!!
