I have a question about eligibility for an unemployment claim. There is NO WAY to speak to a human about this without filing a claim. You literally have to file a claim just to see if you are eligible. This is TERRIBLE customer service!

Sad situation when the entire department directs you to the website and it is completely shut down and no one knows how long it will take to get it going. As an employer trying to put folks to work and the folks trying to find a job are completely stopped because everything in the department is dependent on the website and its links.
I have been calling for three days but I have not been able to speak to a human being. It only prompts me to leave a message due to all staff members are assisting other callers. I have left my number but still have not heard from anyone!!

Yeah, you still can't get up with anyone at all. After leaving my number and social two days ago I still have yet to receive any help. If you work here- I no longer see you as a human being.
Thank you for sharing ypur wife's MR.GUYTON... I fear that more than not, alot of individuals are given a really, really HARD time... My only conclusion is that they get tired of messing with the ones who just really don't want to work and feel the they are owed something.... Never the less that gives them NO REASON to mistreat or harass your wife... If they cannot handle the job provided to them, maybe they should rethink there career path. Tell your wife she is in both my thoughts & prayers!!
