Customer service was not the best I was literally waiting at register to check out while the employees talk about personal matters. I would suggest you go to Eastchase for better service. P.S the only reason I was there was because Eastchase didn’t have my daughters size and the sale goes off tomorrow.
Brandon from eastdale mall was so awesome! I was having the worst day and when I went to exchange the bra i had for another I was told I couldn't at another store. I called east dale mall and brandon was so helpful. Even though he was helping on the phone he has no idea how much he helped me. Seriously he rocks and needs a raise!!!
The customer service was lacking, especially since I was the only customer. I went as soon as they opened to get a special offer. That might of had something to do with it.

I presume the lady I interacted with was the manager... But whoever she was i could tell she was annoyed with helping me... I'd go even far as to say she was so annoyed that she LIED to me about my size/measurements and how they didn't carry it just so I'd leave her alone... Needless to say I went to Ashley Stewart and tried on the size she INSISTED I was. Bra was EXTREMELY too big.. So with the help of the nice ladies at Ashley Stewart i found and brought 3 bras in my size(2 cups smaller than recommended.. which VS does carry).. Worst management.. Two stars only and that's for the other employees that offered help when I was in the just looking stage.
