I placed an order for two items to be delivered to your montgomery location in the Eastdale Mall on 12/12/14. At the time I receieved an email confirming my order was recieved and that the money would be taken out at the same time as the order was shipped to the store. On the 15th I had not heard anything and sent an email concerning the status of the order. I never received a reply to that email. On the day of the 17 The money was taken from my account, however I did not recieve a email saying the order was shipped until the 18th. I went to the Store on the 20th to see if my order had arrived. It had not so I waited until the 22 and called your customer support. The man on the line told me that the order would likely not arrive until after the 26. He showed no remorse that my christmas present to my newly wed wife would not arrive by christmas. I am a manager of a major retail store. I can place an order for my customer and have it delivered to the customers home by the next day. For it to take that long to reach a store that I would assume recieved shipments at least once a week seems farfetched. I also know the importance of good customer service and I have not recieved that with this company.
