We have bought my husbands boots here for several years now and they hold up very well. The customer service has always been great.
Does not stand behind his product tells you one thing then try’s to change it to try and make you seem like you did something wrong with the boots that you use for work that did not. Hold up to what he said before they where baught.
Red Wings shoes are the best shoes you can get. I have 4 pairs, with my first pair being purchased here in 1991 -- what can I say other than they're comfortable AND they hold up.
Service is good. If you want a specific boot you have to order it & it takes a while to ship to store.
Walked in, bought some boots, walked out.
