Horrible I will not be shopping Charlotte Russe ever again! I returned items back to the store on February 9, 2016 and I still have not received my refund of $39.95 back and today is March 16,2016! Awful they gave me the number to customer service and I still have not received my refund back after 3 failed attempts to get the matter solved! I need my money NOW! Do NOT shop Charlotte Russe at all people!
Shopped at this location for the first time yesterday, Saturday, Aug 29, 2015. The store had a great sale but the overall experience left me with no desire to go back. You can't tell who the employees are as there was nothing to indicate such and not one offered or asked if they could help. It was clear I was looking for an employee to ask a question and one of them saw me as she looked my way several times but never once approached me.
Good prices, good selection but rude and unhelpful employees.
Nice store but not so great service.
